CLEARING SPACES 

I can’t recall the exact age I started recognizing that there is more to what we see. I still remember at the age of 5 playing by the forest near my home in Colombia and having this strong sensation that an Energy not human was observing me from the trees. I did not know how to explain it or to who and I imagine that when I did, I was referred to a child with a big imagination, I take that.

While I grew, I heard stories of all types of unexplained phenomena, I remember being mesmerized by the images in my head and me saying WOW.

As I visit people at their places, I start to notice there is certain energy about each individual. Every house smells different for instance and houses keep the smell of their owners for quite a long time.

When they removed themselves from the room, I was able to notice more to the house than the owners. I have always felt like I am not alone. Still, I am familiar with whatever is with me (call it angels, spirit guides, you name it) but there is also a side of energy I feel attracted to even though I know I should be cautious.

Ok, so how can I explain this better.
What do I mean as not human? I guess what I mean is someone out of their classroom (body). I will have to explain this in another article.

I think there is many things I understand but need to find the wording to explain it.
I think and feel energy at different levels and I believe that energy can be infinite in regards to its way of presentation. You may agree with me that it feels nice to feel a tingling sensation from a massager you may use on your back or neck to a shocking electric feeling from touching the outlet directly.

That is what I mean with having to be cautious! And this is how I see good from evil. Like a measurable amount of energy that feels good or bad. It soothes you or harms you. It all depends on what you interact with.

Now I think I can move into emotions. Emotions are energy in motion. Some are soft, some are rough, some we don’t like, some we prefer, some we don’t know.

The ones I don’t know intrigue me and I also fear them, should I experience them? Or let them go? Some are inevitable.

I try to study them from afar just to be safe. Emotions can really take down the physical body of a human, it is almost like they feed from you.

So how does it work:

Let’s say that you are in a new home. When you go out for supper to a public place you may feel a variety of emotions depending on who is around you and how they feel. It is ok because you expect and are familiar with this type of variety. You come back home and decide to watch tv but somehow you feel uneasy even though you are all alone.

It is perhaps because now you are near and energy that has been hiding or living in that space for who knows how long and it is now pretty much the owner of that space.
How did they get in there? It could have been before you were even given a classroom (body)
Imagine the way people was before your time, their fears, their hopes, their wishes. They all depended on the struggles they were experiencing, that’s why there are emotions we do not know perhaps because we have not struggle enough.

But some people have struggled a lot, they have cried, cursed, hit things and sometimes they have hurt even their own selves.

Energy is expressed and liberated in many different ways, then this energy finds a host that can now carry them in a comfortable way (known) feeling. So, an emotion of fear feels uneasy around a courageous individual but feel much better in a fearful host that carries fearful emotions.

Are you starting to see the things I see?
A home that was host to a kind loving family will feel nice and comfy very different from a home that may have hosted an angry father who came to mistreat their family.
So, can I clean my home from this energy? Yes and No.

It all depends on the experience lived in the place and the magnitude of the energy expressed in that place.
There are holy places that have become holy because people go there specially to pray, chant, and express emotions of gratitude. Just to step on those places one can feel the magnificence of their energetic field. It works the same with positive or negative energy.

So, what happens when you pick a place to live and then you find that your place is already occupied by all sorts of energies?

It is necessary to find a path to the emotions you like to experience and keep. So, if you had two pets one is a dog and one is a cat and you can only feed one, which one you feed? Yeah, we all know that story. I trust that we all know the truth.

We have free will and we gravitate to what feels comfortable depending on our life experiences and dreams.
So, your home should take the path of emotional field you want to keep.

Do you want to keep Love, Contentment, Gratitude? Practice this at home a little bit more.


~How?
Ok, lets go through a clearing session before you do that.

~Why do I need a clearing process? 
Mmmm if you had a garden and pest were taking over your lovely vegetables you may want to repel these pests in a way you can still enjoy your vegetables without poisoning yourself (that makes sense to me)

~Yeah but these are energies not pest.
I agree we use millions of labels to identify things. There are millions of bacteria and virus you may never get to see; they are still there and you can repel them.  Why do we wash our hands in the first place even though they may appear as clean?

So, let’s go back to the example of the garden. If you know a little bit of gardening you may know that if you grow certain types of herbs near other plants you will naturally repel certain pest. That’s also the case with some energies.

Through time we have discovered that a certain smell was used to enhanced a space. You all know that when “Jesus” (there are other names) was born there were 3 kings that visited him and some of the gifts were incenses, Frankincense and Myrrh. Sometimes I wonder if they were given to him so that he could stay free of some energies. Like a repellent. Spiritual teachers seem to use these tools for inspiration as well.
Personally, there are certain smells that would help me relax. Like the rain hitting the dust on the payment. The smell of Palo Santo is also one of my favorites.

Those who smoke marihuana would agree with me that at the third inhale of smoke one feels more relaxed and this has got me on this theory that marihuana is also a repellent for anxiety. Also, there are varieties that influence your moods from happy to relaxed to creative and so on.

What about coffee? Have you seen the effect that its aroma has on people? I think you get me more as you read.
So here are the steps I take to clear spaces.

1. Place you hands together like for a Gasho Meditation👇 and pray the prayer of choice. I use my Reiki prayer of gratitude and appreciation. (You learn this in Level 1 Reiki)

2. As soon as you connect with Reiki (which is basically the intention) the energy of Reiki will start flowing looking for stored energy that needs to be moved around.

3. You can add music with no lyrics specially if it is music created to enhanced the harmony of the space. I have never used heavy metal for instance, I wonder what would happen lol Find a list of beautiful melodies here.

4. Take a stick of palo santo, sage or any other incense of your choice and take your time in each room. I draw each symbol of Reiki from the last one I learned to the first one. Do not interact with the energies meaning (Do not tell them to go, do not ask them to speak, do not engage with them unless you feel prepared for whatever is there, if you feel any fear at all do not engage. Keep on just using Reiki and let Reiki do the work. Go by hidden corners, halls, inhabited rooms, pretty much every part of the house. I sage the outdoor walls too despite the neighbours.

Note:
Same as the smoke from the incense you can also use sound. Like chimes. Hit the chimes in each room and allow the sound to travel as long as it last.
These are only few examples on how to clean spaces but the more you go into spirituality the more ways one will find to do this type of work.

Recommendations:
Ø Do not engage with something you fear until you have investigated and feel prepared for that type of connection.
Ø Use the tips I gave you along with others type of harmonizing methods like: Organizing, Decluttering, Cleaning.
Ø Add real plants to your space they “clean the air”
Ø Crystals attract the light from its surroundings and is one favorite item for many to harmonize their space.

PRAYER OF APPRECIATION AND GRATITUDE.

​​​​​Prior to start guiding Reiki to yourself or others, it is important to start the session with a prayer of gratitude and appreciation. Specially giving thanks for yourself, your parents, your partner, Reiki energy and all the gurus that are meaningful to you.   
After devoting your appreciation and gratitude you can start with the first of 24 Reiki position for Self-Treatment (Eyes).
💆‍♀️ EYES: Reflection for the day: Who am I? What are my values and beliefs?  


💆‍♀️TEMPLES:  What is my biggest purpose? If you didn’t have any difficulties obtaining what you want, what would you be, do or have?  


🤴CROWN: Leave your hands free, focus on the crown and simply connect with spirit guides.  


💆‍♀️BACK OF THE HEAD: Pick up an issue, dream, situation that you may have been visualizing in your eye chakra. Try taking it apart and look at every piece in your mind. Simply observe the pieces floating in space.  


 🙅‍♂️THROAT: Meditate on communication. Sometimes our vision may be different from other people’s visions or it may seem like that or is just not understood and it may be because the way we are saying it may be with anger, guilt or any situation that you are dealing with. How can I communicate my vision and my goal in a different way? There is so much vocabulary and sciences through which things could be explained. 


💆‍♀️SHOULDERS: Let go of any blame/guilt you may be feeling from daily challenges. 


💚HEART: Meditate on self-acceptance. You may have lied to yourself trying to hide the inner-child from others. Check on the time that is intentionally spent with you. Do others invite you to go out? Do they offer you their ear without expecting twice as much of your time later on?  Does this story repeat itself? If you find relationships that tend to take your time and attention much more than the time and attention that they offer to you it may be time to start redirecting those cords by taking your time back. We all have a life!  


🌞 SOLAR PLEXUS: Meditate on the following: How can I be self-sufficient and self-educate? How can I become independent?  


🧡HARA: Send Reiki to family and friends. Focus on Lungs, Throat and Forehead.

💖ROOT: Personal Development and Sense of Real Connectedness. B When people approach you, pay attention to themes they use to start conversation. Do they end up having your attention and time directed to their own needs? We may be very permissive of our time and skills and without “knowing” allow others to take our time and energy to their service. How do you draw a line and explain that you have a schedule, goals and that even you don’t have to explain yourself for refusing time with others? Some people may even approach you to ask about your time so that they can immediately accommodate their needs and desires in our time. C. Start grounding yourself in your own values, morals and visions like a tree and let those roots get strong.

PRAYER OF APPRECIATION AND GRATITUDE.

💆‍♀️EYES: An opportunity to reflect on the meaning of balance, home, harmony, honesty and integrity. Also, problem-solving. Let go of any images that no longer serve you. 

💆‍♀️TEMPLES:  Meditate on your real vision now. Additional to that, if there is time within the bell, see if you can remember the halls, corridors, stairs and walking areas of your home, remember the times you have passed by and saw things out of their homes and did not stop to change that. Meditate to see if you can remember where in their home these objects are located.  

💆‍♀️BACK OF THE HEAD: Meditate on the thoughts that you have during the day, if they have hurt. It can be also things that we’ve heard from ourselves, people, tv, etc., Did they hurt? And where? Because our body usually has a way to tell us, we can feel the pain in certain areas of the body, that may possibly sign out where in your body is the emotion caused by these thoughts affecting you.  

💆‍♀️THROAT: Meditate on speaking with purpose. When we talk to others… are we really meaning what we are saying or are we just speaking out loud? Is what we are going to say worth it to say it? Is it of interest to this person? The same for when people talk to us pay attention to what they are saying because by just paying attention they will notice that you are different to everybody else because it is strange now days for someone to pay attention. Just the gesture of paying attention makes people speak with more purpose.  

🤴CROWN: Leave your hands free, focus on the crown and simply connect with spirit guides. 

💆‍♀️ EARS: Listening with purpose is as important as speaking with purpose. Sometimes we may complaint about people not speaking with purpose but if we listen with purpose and then answer to what they spoke they actually notice that. Sometimes changing the words that we use like other words that mean the same but sound different take people by surprise and help us connect a little bit better because the issue that we have now is that we are not connecting because we are used to the every day words and is almost like we are talking to each other without even looking at each other. Just walking around in front of a smart phone. Let’s meditate to listening with purpose and answer to what it was asked so that you will see how funny can conversations become when we listen with purpose and compassion.  

💆‍♀️SHOUDERS:  Let go of any blame/guilt you may be feeling from daily challenges.  

💚HEART: What does nurture me first. Be aware of your first habits. Do you groom first? Do you eat or drink a beverage before work? Do you go for fresh air? You may be so used to responding to the needs of others that you may be not thinking much of your own needs and, thinking of your needs may even produce emotions of guilt. Taking care of one’s needs first helps to create a balanced society.  

🌞SOLAR PLEXUS: Visualize task that you enjoy doing and see if you can spend part of the day, even 15 min, enjoying that task. It will help you start the day with a positive attitude. 

🧡HARA: Take this opportunity to send Reiki to family and friends. Place your hands on your hara chakra but send the intention to the points you know they need help with.

💖ROOT: Provide Reiki to your Root chakra and try to either see a new direction in your mind. Visualize yourself doing this during your walking hours, to look at your enviroment and see if there are things out of their environment. This helps you to be aware of your environment. B. Divide your time for technology vs nature in fair ways to you. Changing the environment will help your eyes to get a break from the screen and social media as it easily distracts you. It will also bring you balance in your family. Home matters!

💆‍♀️EARS:  Reflect on the following: What does truth means to me and others?   


🤴CROWN: Leave your hands free, focus on the crown and simply connect with spirit guides.  


💆‍♀️BACK OF THE HEAD: What do I need to let go in regards to my patterns of thought. 


💆‍♀️THROAT:  n our LIVE session, from working on the previous point, a thought of not being good enough came up to be expressed by the host. We laughed because those two words do not even make any sense together, if you are good you are enough, if you are enough you are good. Now to work on the throat at this point reflect on your message. Is it helping or is it creating fear?  


💆‍♀️SHOULDERS: Let go of any blame/guilt you may be feeling from daily challenges.


💚HEART: Think nature, green, reflect on Indian Food and Spices.
 

🌞SOLAR PLEXUS:  Visualize colour Yellow or the Sun. Happy Thoughts 😊


🧡HARA:  As you work on the hara focus on sending Reiki energy to friends and family, this time direct the energy to the lungs and forehead as you work on your hara.


💖ROOT:  What does sustain me as a human being? Keep on grounding as you imagine Mother nature nurturing with all sorts of nutrients, some you don’t even know yet still you get them to keep you strong. B. Imagine that Mother nature is going to reach you in your dreams to guide you into what is accessible from nature for you to use, depending on your situation, location. C. Reflect on what can you do for nature and that includes even taking care of your own nutritional needs.

💆‍♀️EYES:  Close your eyes, look into the darkness like if you had a flashlight that is pointing at an area on the ground and it is the only area you can see unless you move your flashlight around. Take this moment to observe the spots that you shine your light on and let us see what you can see.  

💆‍♀️TEMPLES:  Thinking back in the flashlight you were imagining in previous sessions, ask yourself the following question and meditate on your answer. Would you allow someone else to hold the flashlight for you? 

💆‍♀️BACK OF THE HEAD:  What is on a mental level sustaining me? What is protecting me? Energetically speaking, some energies want to control groups of people by giving out weapons (miss-information) to those who do not know how to use them. Words are magical and those who do not understand them do not know how to use them. This miss-information usually contains tons of words that people fear along with words such us: possible, potential, suspect, etc., Even though these words mentioned reflect a meaning of “nothing is real” people will still focus on the words that reflect fear. When we have awareness of that we can detach from the emotional fear. Time is very valuable to advance in our lessons to free those who have not yet see. Where are you pointing your flashlight? Who has possession of it? 

 💆‍♀️EARS: Reflect on the wording that people use and the wording that we hear from all sources on a daily basis. What is the intention behind the sentences that we hear? Specially when we hear words that move emotions in our body, since or body is naturally showing us signs of treats in many ways such as feelings of fear for our survival or feelings of being ashamed of who we are. Some of these emotional signs are innate in us (survival) and others we have learned them through our own life traumas(shame). They also recommend that we look into the origin of the words because usually the answer to a problem can be found at its origin. NE.W!! reminded us that in several readings they brought up the image “bat” (Murcielago in Spanish) it was due to a question that many were having about and issue’s origin.  

🤴CROWN: Leave your hands free, focus on the crown and simply connect with spirit guides. 

💆‍♀️FRONT AND BACK OF THE HEAD: Comeback to the flashlight vision and think of patterns. If you had a flashlight in a dark place if you were to look ahead and behind you. By paying attention to what is behind you is very likely to figure out what will be in front of you. Nature show us through patterns a bigger universe, our little world shows us the bigger world. Study patterns in history and have those things in mind. Be aware of the matrix and think of what sustains you, because nature is important as well as learning from nature. Being part of the matrix means you are food for the matrix. Do not allow labels to take the whole of you, a label doesn’t mean you are done with evolving, changing, moving, growing.

💆‍♀️THROAT: Be aware of your use of labels, we are forever changing, expanding, evolving so when you put yourself into a label is like if you were to put yourself into a box and that’s it you don’t seem to grow anymore that’s what labels do for you. Labels in the wrong minds could be very dangerous. It is good to study them but be careful with the I AM… the word AM is very sacred and very powerful when you use it. It is important to be aware of the meaning of the words and their origin. Take this moment to reflect on how you communicate your message. Is it kind, Is it true, Is it necessary? These three filters will help you communicate wisdom.  

💆‍♀️SHOULDERS: After reflecting on previous points let go of any guilt these thoughts may produce.  

💚HEART:  What can I do better to avoid hurting others? Visualize dark green. 
 
🌞SOLAR PLEXUS: Meditate on the sentence I AM… (insert thought) meditate on the meaning of the word after “AM” how does it feel? 

🧡HARA: Meditate on the sentence You ARE… (insert thought) meditate on the meaning of the word after “ARE” how does it feel?

💖ROOT: What does sustain me? What sustains my body? What am I made of? How can I seek knowledge? What knowledge gives me power? What knowledge gives me freedom? B. Think about budgeting that which you feed and that feed us e.g., time and energy. What do I give my time and energy? What offers me time and energy?  C. See things from a perspective of questioning origin. When looking for a solution look at the origin of the problem.

💆‍♀‍ ️FRONT AND BACK OF THE HEAD~Visualize the future you want to create. 
 
🤴CROWN: Leave your hands free, focus on the crown and simply connect with spirit guides.

💆‍♀️ THOATH ~ Focus on the truth that you want to express. This exercise maybe a little bit moving if you have not been able to speak your truth for a long time. At this point, there is nothing to worry as we are just thinking about the truths you have to say and being aware of them. It is a really good exercise to experience how you will express the truth, how will it sound? sometimes you doubt it and it is really interesting when you are also studying your emotions through the process.   

🙅‍♂️THYROID ~ Take this moment to let go of false beliefs and lies you have tell others or yourself.

💆‍♀️ SHOULDERS ~   Ask your angels to help you with any issue that you may be finding difficulties to work on your own.  

💚 HEART ~  Think of judgements you’ve heard from people, pay attention to the real meaning of the words, let go of the feeling of judgement. B Then send Reiki to those whom you have hurt with the wrong words or intentions. 
 
🌞 SOLAR PLEXUS ~  Take this time to meditate about your real purpose here. You may have forgotten or you may just need to bring yourself back into awareness. Send Reiki with the intention of remembering your purpose or simply to coming back to it. B. Reflect on who you are not.  

🧡 HARA ~  Think of those friends that make you feel good. B. Think of people who do not make you feel good and reflect on the reasons why. Usually what you don’t like about others is a shadow of yourself, what you can’t not see in you is scary.  

💖ROOT ~  What am I good at? B. What would you like to get better at? C. Ground

💆‍♀‍. EYES ~At this point, start by clearing images you no longer need and also you can introduce affirmations that will strength the brow chakra, clairvoyant abilities and future objectives or goals. E.g. “I honour my intuition, I accept my path, I am healing body, mind and spirit”.

💆‍♀️. TEMPLES ~ Continue letting go of any images that do not serve you and open up to intuition meaning we will ask our guides, angels to bring any inspiration during our dream work in regards to… what do we need? which is accessible to us and we can use to empower ourselves in one way or another. “I honour my intuition, I accept my path, I am healing body, mind and spirit”.

💆‍♀‍EARS ~Bugs and insects like flies and spiders teach us to look at things from all directions. Take a minute to look at your issue, emotion, thought, situation from all directions. See and hear the truth from all directions. “I honour my intuition, I accept my path, I am healing body, mind and spirit”. The ears appreciate meditation moments in complete silence (meaning no music-no guided meditations) due to their wanting to explore the distance noises, a very recommended exercise to anyone exercising their clairaudient abilities and better knowledge of their own enviroment. If you get a message that is repeating the following “I can’t focus, I can’t concentrate, I can’t meditate” This is completely normal because we are working in the head area so all of our thoughts in fear are leaving our head, all of our stress, so it is very normal to have repetitive thoughts and specially these thoughts that may say “this is not working, this is not working, I am not focused, I am not focused, I am not getting there ” It is like fear screaming their way back in into your head. “I honour my intuition, I accept my path, I am healing body, mind and spirit”.

💆‍♀️. BACK OF THE HEAD ~Look into projects that you have in the back of your head. You may have wished to achieve them for a while now for purposes of pure joy. We may have put these projects aside due to the business of our days so look back into them and project them into the future. “I honour my intuition, I accept my path, I am healing body, mind and spirit”.

💆‍♀️FRONT AND BACK OF THE HEAD~ As you work on the forehead and back of the head, sense the energy on your crown chakra which connects you with the spirit world. “I connect with spirit, I invite sacred transformation, I embrace the unity of all beings”

💆‍♀️ THOATH ~A very important point for lightworkers as you are bringing possibilities from the unreal to the real world and interpreting this message by using their voice. “I play in my imagination, I create my reality, I know and share my truths” In previous sessions we were offered a vision from the spirit guides, a scene with very tiny microscopic spiders leaving our body through the throat due to a horrible taste that has been place there to expel them. You can practice this exercise as a visualization tool whenever you want to get rid of microscopic issues in your body. When you see in your visualization that they are coming out of your mouth you see that they are blinded by the light, they fall into the air and immediately get into a black hole and they get recycled into universe.

💆‍♀️SHOULDERS ~ To release energy from your shoulders caused by stress from work you can use the following visualization: When you get in the car at the end of a stressful day and start driving imagine the back door of your car opening and imagine all the paper work getting sucked out of your car and flying towards your office window or door. Leave it there, safe for another day. Feel how the tension and the stress of another busy day flies away from your energy, specially your shoulders, and you are ready to set your mind into sharing and creating peace with those you love the most.

💚 HEART ~ Visualize dark green colour and meditate on the following affirmation:  I am loved, I let love in, I am kind to myself, I live in peace and gratitude. You can also imagine a smell of cleanliness, whatever that means to you, for e.g. The smell of fresh rain in spring.

🌞 SOLAR PLEXUS ~ Visualize yellow and affirm the following: “I am courageous, I am whole, I stand in my power”

🧡 HARA ~ Ask for permission to send energy to anyone in mind by asking universe to offer this energy through the person’s faith so that they are more willing to receive it.  “I feel my emotions and my pain, I reawaken my passion, I surrender to this moment” Take this moment to release any emotion that you no longer need.

💖ROOT ~ “I am safe, I trust more, I fear less, I am centered and grounded” Imagine yourself grounding back to earth and receiving nutrition that Mother earth wants to provide to us to keep us strong. Give thanks for the things you appreciate.

REIKI SHARING DAY 1 

PRAYER OF APPRECIATION AND GRATITUDE.

Prior to start guiding Reiki to yourself or others, it is important to start the session with a prayer of gratitude and appreciation. Specially giving thanks for yourself, your parents, your partner, Reiki energy and all the gurus that are meaningful to you.   
After devoting your appreciation and gratitude you can start with the first of 24 Reiki position for Self-Treatment (Eyes).

💆‍♀️EYES~The first point to work after the prayer of appreciation is above our eyes. There is not need to place your hands on your face unless your hands are clean. Most practitioners will stay away from touching their client’s face and would rather leave their hands above their face just 2 inches away. At this point, all types of images will be observed by the recipient as their eyes are very exposed to all sorts of lights and images that are stressful to them. This time is well served if you let go of all those images that may not serve you. Replace the images that left with any visions your imagination will rather have, the sky is not the limit, there is no limits when it comes to imagination.

💆‍♀️TEMPLES~ Move your hands to the temples, let go of any fear or resistance left there from the previous point (eyes) and keep replacing these with imaginary visions, anything your heart desires. 

💆‍♀️BACK OF YOUR HEAD~Place your hands on the back of your head and let go of any thoughts of fear, replace them with thoughts of love and imagination. At this point you may have experienced seeing colours and images. Colours are usually blue indigo, gray, purple, white, violet. 

💆‍♀️FRONT AND BACK OF THE HEAD~ Move your hands to the front and back of the head, open to your own choice of though or simply think nothing.  

💆‍♀️EARS~ Move to the ears.  In my experience with Reiki I’ve found that most people are very sensitive on the area of the ears. First recipients usually express the feeling of a sensation of a thread being pulled either direction very lightly and softly, others describe it as a soft ring. Very important to work on this area for people with clairaudient abilities. 

💆‍♀️THROAT~ Focus on the colour blue sky, a great point to help yourself fall sleep along with the point of the heart zone. They can be worked together for that purpose. Great point to work for those who work in communications or anything where the use of the voice is needed. Specially positions where speaking the truth is essential. Also, so that you can always speak your truth.  

💆‍♀️ THYROID ~Move hands to the thyroid. Thought of choice freestyle. 

💚HEART~ Move hands to the heart. At this point lets focus on anything that you need to forgive, any uneasy feeling with anybody or you may feel like someone has an uneasy feeling about you. There may not be ways to explain and it may be difficult to explain or to communicate. We can use this time to send them our sincere love. If this relationship is hurting you, you can use this time to let go of the pain, the guilt, or any emotion that you don’t want in your life anymore. Forgive the emotions that hold you down.  

💆‍♀️SHOULDERS~ Move hands to the shoulders. Let go of any emotion of guilt and responsibility as this energy easily rests on your shoulders at any opportunity it has. Single parents tend to have excess of energy at this point.  

💆‍♀️ LUNGS~Take this moment to work on the lungs, if thinking of someone else, imagine that any negative energy already stored is leaving the lungs of you or the individual in mind. 

🌞SOLAR PLEXUS~Place your hands on your solar plexus and focus on letting go of fear.  

🌞PANCREAS~ Move your hands to the pancreas/spleen area. Imagine that now you have some sort of extra chemistry that has a terrible taste so strong that it expulses any little virus intruding the body. Imagine this virus like small spiders scaping out of your body through your mouth and immediately being capture by source which recycles this energy to be reused in beneficial ways.

🧡HARA~Move your hands to the hara area, around your belly bottom. Visualize the colour orange expanding, send energy to family and friends at this point, any relationship that needs work you can imagine it getting better and better and the energy between both parties will improve.  

💖ROOT~ Place your hands on your root chakra and visualize yourself as a tree in the forest, full of strength, abundance, strong roots deep in the earth, full of all the nutrition you need to survive.
 
💖Keep working on your root chackra, you can change your hands to the any area from  the waist down the feet. Imagine all the nutrition you need from nature coming into your body through the soles of your feet. Like the roots from the trees. 

💖 Keep working on your root chackra, you can change your hands to the any area from  the waist down the feet. Start coming back to earth, grounding your self strong into the earth, visualize those roots getting stronger and fixed in place. 

Take your time to sense your environment, drink some tea and enjoy a good night sleep.
