​​As such we take breath for granted.  But when breathing difficulty arises; we realize its value as a vital life force.
Most people do not know that breath is directly connected to our thoughts and emotions. That is why learning how to use our breath for healing purposes is very important. Certain breathing techniques can help for quit smoking also. Through breath we can release pain, stress and tension; calm the body and mind. 


Course outline:
During the classes students will learn
 how to maintain health through breath work.
I will teach how to direct life force to different parts of the body using healing mudras along with the breath.

Regular practice of this breathwork can keep person healthy and happy

Do you want to learn  a simple and completely different  way of Healing?
​If you can not do physical exercise or yoga or doing much physical work or are lazy about doing  workout, then this class is for you.

By doing various seals with fingers and thumbs; we can let the healing energy flow to different parts of the body by opening the energy channels --  (meridians).

 Our bodies are created with 5 elements of nature namely, earth, water, fire, air and space. Our fingers represent these 5 elements of nature. By balancing them, we can address health issues. 

Course outline:During class we will learn to work on body detox; brain -- for calming the nerves, improving concentration;  problems regarding eyes, hearing, weight, skin and blood impurities;  protecting heart. We will do it in a meditative state to make it more powerful.
